About Us

We are committed to bringing freshly roasted, high quality Arabica coffee to not only our hometown of Seward but to all of Alaska. We started as a small home roaster, roasting the highest quality Arabica beans in our state of the art Aillio Bullet Roaster.  As we have grown, we strive to continue to provide the highest quality coffee beans to you. Our roaster continues to roast each batch to our specifications developed on our home roaster to accentuate each coffee’s unique character and flavor. Our coffee is never over roasted, it’s carefully coaxed to perfect sweetness, acidity, and body.
